This is a good home in a perfect location. The home is a bit older but it certainly matches the price point. Location is perfect with a short walk across the street to Navarre beach and ypu can drive or walk to the Navarre Pier. We have stayed in Destin on a few occasions but we like the less crowded feel of Navarre.

"Perfect location further down the island where there are a little less people on the public beaches. Living area was comfortable and airy. Would recommend the golf cart addition!"
