Large and spacious beach house, just steps from the sea, located within the exclusive Costa do Sol condominium, on Guaratuba/Bertioga beach.
The house has three levels and accommodates up to 20 people, with 16 sleeping in beds and four extra single mattresses on the floor – there's plenty of space for that!

To reach the beach, a semi-private path is used, a one-minute walk; there's no need to take the car out of the garage or use the condominium's common walkway.

We accept pets, but they are not allowed on the beach or in the pool.

First floor: extensive and lush gardens, swimming pool with waterfall surrounded by coconut trees, beach shower, barbecue area, bathroom with hot shower, laundry room and space to store beach chairs, beach coolers, tents and umbrellas. Covered veranda with some outdoor furniture, 42" TV, refrigerator, mini-fridge and small wine cellar for 12 bottles. It has plenty of space, allowing for small celebrations such as birthdays, for example.
Garage for five cars or more.

There is no bedroom on the first floor.

First floor: living room with 65" TV and all available channels, Olympic-sized billiard table, large balcony overlooking gardens, swimming pool and a glimpse of the sea. Living rooms and kitchen are integrated. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator, utensils and appliances, and has a 20L water filter. On the same floor, two bedrooms with single beds (some beds can be joined to form a double bed) and a shared bathroom located between the bedrooms.

Second floor: three suites, a small living room between the suites, and the master suite has a large balcony overlooking the sea.

All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The house has one 5000l cistern and two 2000l water tanks.

We provide bed sheet and pillow sets.

Guaratuba beach is surrounded by lush Atlantic Forest and coastal vegetation; the house is 2 km from the Guaratuba River. A quiet and secluded beach, family-friendly environment.
