The service was impeccable and second to none! From the moment we arrived we were accommodated as royalty. The staff provides excellent service and the communication with the host is expeditious. The accommodation is romantic and the relative secluded beach is something from a romance novel! Bring mosquito repellent because they were a bit aggressive. However overall an experience you will not regret!!!

This private cottage looks exactly like the pictures on the booking. It is very nice on the inside. From first impression we were not pleased at all. It’s the 2nd entrance from the main property and when you first pull into the property there is 2 large piles of trash on both sides of the entrance. When you pull into the drive area there are piles of blocks, pallets of salts and other storage items. We were immediately unimpressed. The private gate for the cottage did not work so we had to open and close/lock the gate each time we left for the 5 days we were there. It’s small and quaint ideal for 2 people. It isn’t as private as mentioned. The main property is on site and you can hear pretty good, especially the loud music. You can also see through the trees while on the patio and pool area, so that takes away from the privacy. However, we had no issues with the guests there. The mosquitos are pretty bad and I’m not sure if the bed has bed bugs or just a large amount of mosquitos but we were bit pretty bad. My husband woke up every morning with new bites so it had to come from the bed. Yamali and her staff were amazing! Absolutely no complaints with them, they were available when needed and went above and beyond for us. Also, there is only air conditioning in the bedroom and it was overwhelming hot most days so you have to leave the doors open and bedroom door closed to keep the room cool. Overall 7/10 experience. It was clean, well kept, kitchen stocked, pool was great!

While our room was clean on the interior, and all amenities were perfect in the villa, there were some surprises that we were not expecting from the property itself. When arriving at the villa, there was a huge pile of debris and trash, constriction material all over the drive and in the brush on both sides of the parking area. This theme continued throughout the property. After looking into the property a little, it seems the entire property has went up auction after the previous owner it seems abandoned the place. Staff, i am, sure is doing all that it can to keep up the space, but who knows what they now make as there is a lot less availability to rent out the main portion of the villa. The beach is not in fact a beach so much as a calming place to sit and view the ocean. It was rough but clear and beautiful. The location of the property was centrally located so we weren't far from anything. We rented a car which made island adventure epic!
