The stay was great, the house has great space. The bathrooms were all great and clean which is key. Great location to get to and from the beach easily as well as to downtown St. Pete. The pool is well kept. The street itself has a few houses that are a bit more run down but the rest of the street seemed good.

We had an absolute blast at this house. Great layout of rooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom was amazing!! The house was everything we expected and more! One of the best VRBOS we have ever stayed at!!

Family vacation with 7 adults, 2 kids. We LOVED the house. So spacious & PERFECT for our needs. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. It was a little cool to use the pool but the yard was lovely & relaxing. We did a beach day & were thrilled with the beach accessories! Thanks so much!

Overall good. Due to cooler temperatures pool was not usable since it was not heated. Close to a dozen burnt out light bulbs, that were not replaced. Could have used a second refrigerator.
