Excellent staff position and breakfast . Great views from Mountain View rooms and from the pool

I had a wonderful stay at Landmark Pokhara. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. I especially loved the traditional Nepali welcome, which was a beautiful touch and a lovely way to start our stay. The staff were super friendly, caring and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality really made us feel at home. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, making it very convenient for exploring Pokhara and enjoying everything this beautiful city has to offer. The only disappointing part of my experience was the laundry service, which was very poor. Unfortunately, one of my T-shirts was damaged while being laundered, which was frustrating and something I feel the hotel needs to improve. However, apart from the laundry service, everything else about our stay was superb. The hospitality, friendly staff, traditional welcome and excellent location made our visit very enjoyable. I would still recommend Landmark Pokhara, but I hope the management takes steps to improve the quality and care of their laundry service. Overall, a memorable and enjoyable stay.
