The Neighborhood:

Les Sonnailles apartment is located in Chamonix town, just a short walk from the heart of the centre. In the winter you are close to the Savoy nursery ski slope which gives access to the Brevent-Flegere ski area via a drag lift. There is also a bus stop just over the road for easy access to the other ski areas in Chamonix valley. You're also in a prime location for a Chamonix summer holiday, with the swimming pool and aqua slides, water-rafting, tennis club, mountain biking and river walks all on your doorstep. The nearest supermarket is only 400m away at the start of the pedestrian high street where you will also find all of Chamonix's shops, restaurants and bars to enjoy.



Getting Around:

The Chamonix valley sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains all around. Chamonix valley is ranked one of the top skiing and boarding resorts in the world and while Chamonix is famous for skiing in the winter, you may be surprised to hear that the summer time is just as popular - walking, hiking, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails, even an 18 hole golf course! Not to mention major sports events such as the Mont Blanc Marathon and the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc.
