Brass Rail 214 is a second-floor, spacious condo that includes a balcony that overlooks the pool and common areas of the complex. The patio is nicely furnished with a gas grill, an outdoor dining table with seating for 4, and 4 rocking chairs. The living areas have bamboo floors and ceramic tile throughout the home. The open plan living and dining areas welcome guests with comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless appliances. Enjoy entertaining guests and cooking meals in the beautiful kitchen. There are a full-size washer and dryer just off the kitchen. The Primary bedroom has access to the balcony and includes a King-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The spacious primary bath features a whirlpool tub and a separate walk-in shower. The two guest rooms share a full bath in the hall. The first guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the second guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. There is a guest half bath just off the kitchen. Brass Rail Condos are Mediterranean style gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island. Brass Rail 108 is located only 30 yards to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier, and more. Community amenities include a private community pool and a community picnic area. Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building.
