- NOTE: The private community amenities are available for a fee with tenant cards. There are 6 cards provided, and each tenant card provides access to one individual (ages 3+) per day. The access fee is $30/person/day ages 7+, $10/person/day ages 3-6. Children under 3 do not need a card. There is limited access to amenities for STR guests during peak periods. The private amenities include the Trout Creek Recreational Center, Tahoe Donner Tennis Center, Beach Club Marina, and the Northwoods Pool
