Our charming country house in Brake-Süderfeld combines rustic charm with modern comfort.

All this is surrounded by unspoiled nature, typical of large parts of the Wesermarsch region. A fireplace also contributes to the overall stylish atmosphere.

The master bedroom has two entrances. In front of each entrance door is a separate connecting room, which can be used as a bedroom for children. Each of these connecting rooms has a single bed.

If you’d like to explore the Wesermarsch, there are many rural and maritime attractions that can be reached in 10 to 60 minutes by car or bicycle.

The town of Brake with its Maritime Museum and Neptun fish snack bar (5 km to the northeast)
The medieval moorland settlement of Moorriem (18 km to the south)
Salt marsh nature trail at Jadebusen (24 km to the west)
Fedderwardersiel Museum of the Wadden Sea National Park (38 km to the north)
Bad Zwischenahn with historic farmhouses, a post mill, sightseeing cruises on the Zwischenahner Meer, and traditional eel dinners in the Ammerland park landscape (38 km to the southwest)
Bremerhaven with its inland harbor featuring historic ships and the Emigration Museum, as well as the Klimahaus (40 km N to E)
Accessible during the summer months from the pier in Brake via the Ozeana across the Weser River.

the Butendiek farm store (with cheese from their own Bioland-certified farm) in Seefeld (24 km)

If you’d like to bring your horse or learn to ride, you’ll find a riding arena and stables right next to the house (you can board your horse there at no extra charge between May and October). Horseback rides, including trips to the Weser beach, are possible.

If arriving by train, a transfer from the Hammelwarden train station can be arranged with the host.

You can park your car right in front of the house.

There is a shelter next to the house for bicycles you bring with you. The bike trail starts right at the driveway leading to the house.

Towels, bathrobes, and bed linens are provided; you do not need to bring your own.
