Nearness to beach. Avoided the crowded west end of the isle. 3rd floor was a bit tough for us (both of us in mid 70's). Good size coffee pot.

Overall the stay was good. Condo was very clean and the location is great. Close to sound, beach and pool! The condo needs new drapes, especially in the master bedroom and living room and the rear door lock needs attention but all in all it was a nice condo. I would recommend it and would rent again.

This beautiful condo gave us the peaceful escape that we all needed. Would definitely recommend to others who are looking to disconnect and recharge. We loved it.
