The hospitality is amazing! We couldnt find the tv remote in the unit at all and i reached out to the property owner and i figured she would have handled it the next day, She actually came the same day with a new remote for us lol. Love the location and the Loft will definitely stay here again!

I have no complaints about the property. Everything was very clean. The property accommodated me and my family comfortably and I couldn’t be more happy to have chosen this place for my day. Thank you so much.

I hated the outside of the apartments. I felt like I was staying in an abandoned apartment, but the inside was nice. I didn't like the furniture in the living area because it was cloth and had stains. So many people rent this place so I feel it shouldn't have cloth furniture. The apartment was close to many things and just a short ride to the beach and Old San Juan. Overall we had an amazing stay.

I appreciated the prompt response from the property manager when an issue arised.
But exterior of the building was not appealing but once inside the unit, it looked like the pictures which was great.
The water pressure in the unit was not up to my group standards.
That needs to be fixed.
