Since this is a historic area, we do not have our own parking lot, but there are several secure public parking options and paid parking lots just a few meters from the building.

- The entrance, terrace, laundry room, and common areas are shared.

- Parking in the historic district can be difficult, but the location allows you to reach everything on foot whenever possible.

- The apartment is on one level; there is only one step to access the bathroom.
