* Primary Suite: King bed, sleeper sofa, two full ensuite bathrooms.
* Jack & Jill Suite 1: Two bedrooms, each with a king bed, sharing a full bathroom.
* Jack & Jill Suite 2: One king bedroom and one bedroom with two queen beds, sharing a full bathroom.
* Lower-Level Bedroom: King bed with a full ensuite bathroom.

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire 5-acre estate. This includes the main house, the separate guest house, and all indoor and outdoor amenities such as the pool, hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, and playground.

Entry is fully keyless for a smooth and convenient self-check-in experience.
* ** Parking:**
Ample on-site parking is included with your stay.
Please note that the property borders an undeveloped lot that is not part of this rental. For your safety and privacy, we ask that you do not enter or explore that area.
Other things to note
* **Safety & Security:**
For your security and to ensure compliance with local ordinances, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras at entry points and non-recording noise decibel monitoring devices in common areas. These devices respect your privacy and do not record conversations.
* **Pool Details:**
Pool Policy: Pool is available from March 1st to December 1st. Pool may be heated during your stay for an additional fee of $120/night. Please note that the pool temperature can depend on the outside temperature.
* **Pets:** Dogs only (max 2, up to 50 lbs each). The pet fee is $200 per dog. Dogs must be disclosed before arrival. Please keep them supervised, do not allow roaming in the neighborhood, and keep them off beds, sofas, and furniture. Thank you!
* **Sports Equipment:**
Guests must bring their own rackets, paddles, and balls for the tennis and pickleball courts.
* **Trash Disposal:**
Please use the provided drawstring trash bags for all waste. Do not place loose trash items in the garage cans.
* **Travel Insurance:**
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected trip changes or emergencies.
* **Packages & Mail:**
We cannot guarantee the security or retrieval of packages or mail delivered to the property before, during, or after your stay.

If we could give more stars, we would! We rented this house for our wedding party to stay at around our Arizona wedding at Sky Ranch Lodge. The home’s location was incredibly convenient and jaw-dropping beautiful. So much to do here - we wish we could’ve spent another day or two playing tennis, swimming, and enjoying the scenery. The layout of the home was perfect too - enough bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces for our entire group. If you have a chance to stay here, you’re in for a treat!

We had a remarkable time at this property! We were a group of 9 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and to spend time together. The naturalbeauty is breathtaking - the pictures do not do it justice! The home is very well stocked with everything from spices to toiletries, so there were no annoying grocery runs for basic items, and we could truly begin our vacation from the moment we arrived! Thank you to the host for very clear instructions on everything - we would love to come back :-)

First, the good. Communicating with Zach ahead of our arrival via the VRBO app was easy. The view and location were excellent. We were able to get everywhere within 15-20 minute drive. From our back patio we could see the Chapel of the Holy Cross and in the front, Cathedral Rock. The pool is huge and heated. The pickle ball court was fun. Now the bad. The house is huge, but the layout is bizarre. Every room was extremely dated and poorly maintained. While the property can technically sleep up to 24 people, it is no where near equipped for that. There were nine of us plus our two private chefs. None of the outdoor areas had sufficient seating. The ice maker in the fridge wasn't working. When we complained, they sent a table top ice maker. This was a nice gesture but just inadequate for a group our size. There were not enough glasses, plates, bowls, mugs or silverware. We mentioned this and they had someone drop off a bag of spoons the next day. After asking about wine glasses, they had some delivered via Amazon but the package sat in the foyer till the last day because we were not sure we should open it.The towels provided were worn and of poor quality. Several light fixtures were missing bulbs and several outlets did not work. There were only 8 pool towels provided. The photos do not depict how run down this house is. While the property managers were very responsive and the views beautiful, this was not worth the money. Would definitely not rebook.
