The Location
This modern and harmoniously furnished east-facing apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building. The vacation complex’s spacious grounds border the dike directly to the northeast; the other sides are surrounded by the waterways of an idyllic Graft. The North Sea and the sandy beach are just 200 m away. There is virtually no car traffic here. Enjoy the refreshing seaside climate on long walks or while relaxing in a cozy beach chair. Numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés are easily accessible on foot or by bike. The surrounding area offers great recreational and family activities, such as the Hooksiel indoor seawater wave pool, the Friesland-Therme, and the 2,500-square-meter Thalasso Meeres SPA in Horumersiel, as well as the popular Hooksiel water ski lift with its large sun terrace. Our family tip: Take a guided mudflat hike!

You can welcome the morning sun on the east-facing balcony as early as breakfast and enjoy the view all the way to the sea. The balcony is beautifully situated on the Graft and is accessible from the living area. The apartment has insect screens on the windows.
