The Space:

The home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with two spacious bedrooms.



This is a 2-story single family house with some steps/stairs to the entrance.



FIRST FLOOR：

The living room includes a 65-inch smart TV and a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing. Dine in the dedicated eating area and stay cool on warm summer days with air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The spacious family room features a 75" TV, providing added flexibility for family stays and enhancing convenience and independence. A half bathroom is also available on the main floor for extra convenience.



SECOND FLOOR:

Master Bedroom + Bathroom: 1 queen bed + en-suite bathroom with a shower/bathtub, and double -sink vanity.

Second Bedroom + Bathroom : A queen bed with two night stands + ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Equipped with a comfortable desk and chairs, it makes working from home or on business trips much more convenient.



BASEMENT/GARAGE:

This area is occupied by the homeowner, ensuring that you have complete privacy with no shared spaces.



In Unit Laundry: Onsite washer and dryer to get your laundry done with ease.

- We welcome families with children, but please note that the home is not child-proofed and please supervise children at all times.

- Maintenance workers (e.g. landscapers) may stop by to work on exterior areas, but they won't be allowed inside the home without your permission. Also, there might be pest control measures in place that include baits (e.g. ant baits) inside the home. While they are usually placed in areas out of reach for children, please don't leave them unsupervised.

- This house has multiple stories and is not wheelchair friendly. Please see above for the floor-by-floor layout.

- The owner of this house is occupied at the basement.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:



1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】

We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb's policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.



2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】

We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.



3.【NO SMOKING】

If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.



4.【NO ANIMAL】

Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. Please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.



5. 【NO SHOES】

We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.



6.【Early check-in】

We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.



7.【NO late check-out】

Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.



8.【Dispose trash in the right bins】

Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them.
