Le Boudoir is a jewel located in the heart of the hypercentre of Concarneau, on the popular Place du Général de Gaulle and at the corner of the pretty Dumont D’Urville pedestrian street. Its location and luxury residence will offer you an incredible quality of living in Concarneau.

At Le Boudoir, there is a special atmosphere, a pleasant and warm atmosphere. From the entrance we appreciate this harmonious and elegant decoration, these multiple shelves and custom-made furniture give a real soul to this new apartment located in a building classified as buildings of France.
We appreciate the "hairdressing space" with its pretty golden mirror that allows us to prepare serenely before going out. In this soothing setting, the wooden secretary and reading corner, overlooking Place des Halles, will perhaps bring out in you a literary side...
A bright living space, quality materials, a fully equipped kitchen (with a filtered coffee maker and a Nespresso), everything is thought out to make your stay exceptional. With an area of 60 m² it offers an entrance, a large living room-lounge-kitchen, a beautiful bedroom with its king-size bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a laundry room and a separate toilet.
For your comfort, the place is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine.
A bike storage room completes this exceptional product in a prime location.
