Work is expected to begin on or around October 8, 2026, and the overall project is anticipated to take approximately 8–10 weeks, subject to site and environmental conditions. What Renters Should Expect: Normal working hours will be approximately 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Noise from carpet removal, concrete grinding, and surface preparation. Some dust and temporary construction activity in the work areas. Noticeable odors while the coating system is being applied and curing. Barricades and temporary restrictions around active or newly coated areas. Temporary changes to normal access while work is directly outside a unit. The system is designed to return to pedestrian traffic within a matter of hours, but the actual reopening time will depend on site and environmental conditions. Please do not enter a restricted area it has reopened. Should you choose to reserve this property anytime between October – December 2026, rate adjustments have already been made so no additional compensation will be offered. ***

This unit can accommodate a total of 6 guests with 1 king in the master bedroom and 1 bunk bed with a queen on the bottom, twin on top & twin trundle bed in the 2nd bedroom. This unit is in the North Tower of Ocean Creek Resort and features luxury vinyl plank flooring and tile throughout, updated furniture, a fully equipped kitchen that has been remodeled, along with updated bathrooms, in unit washer & dryer, free Wi-Fi & cable TV.

The space was as described and the building and amenities were as well. The quality of towels and linen was a bit below what I expect for the cost of our 5 night stay, but the two beach chairs were a nice to have.

Property is a little run down but overall it is in good shape. There is no internet service that we could connect to. The television services are average at best and we couldn't figure out how to sign in to our Netflix account in the living room area. I wasn't sure where to take the trash and there were no directions listed on site on where to take it so I assumed the cleaning personnel took care of that, but it should be easy to have directions posted on the door of where to empty trash. There was no ice in the freezer and no trays to make our own. We parked in a handicapped parking spot by the front door and that was convenient for my wife who has trouble walking. We never used the pool but it was nice that it was available. The overall area is beautiful and the view from the unit was excellent.

There were a few housekeeping items that need attention. Firstly, the trundle was dirty with food stains, crumbs and an old headband. It was clearly not cleaned before our arrival. The washing machine seal was completely moldy and dirty. Looks like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. One of our loads was stained with large black marks. The dust trap in the dryer was full, I took pictures because I was shocked at what a fire hazard that is. The pictures of the condo are misleading, there is not an indoor pool at the location, it is in another building. Overall, not impressed with the condo.
