The apartment is strategically located right next to the entrance of the Sant'Orsola-Malpighi Polyclinic.
Perfect for people who need to care for relatives who are hospitalized in various wards. In fact, you can reach the hospital in less than 10 minutes on foot. There is a wide range of services available on Via Massarenti and Via Mazzini, just a few meters from the apartment.
The space
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building equipped with an elevator.
To access the elevator, you must climb 6 steps.
With 83 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates 6 guests.
LIVING AREA: living room with a queen-size sofa bed, TV, and fan. Kitchen with a kitchenette including a microwave, conventional oven, toaster, refrigerator, and freezer, as well as various kitchen utensils.
