We enjoyed our stay! It's our annual trip for my family, my parents and my sister and her family. The 10 of us had more than enough space to spread out yet enjoy time together. We had plenty of towels for all of us. The only thing missing was pot holders but we just used kitchen towels. The view was nice overlooking the canal. We found it to be a bit more than a 5 minute walk. With 2 little ones and older parents we ended up taking our cars. The beach close by was pretty crowded during the weekend so we drive down a bit further. Being summer that's to be expected. We didn't realize there would be so many stairs throughout. It was a bit much for my parents but for a short stay they did fine.On our last night the water was shut off. We were able to call the after hours line and they responded quickly and came out to figure out the problem. We were so grateful for that! Great memories were made there for all of us. We would definitely consider another stay. Thank you for being great hosts!

Overall, the property was very nice, beautiful spaces and the location was good. Check in and check out was smooth and it was easy to contact the host. The icemaker in the main freezer wasn’t working properly and there were no ice trays, but ice trays were delivered. I would recommend a detailed description of the properties floor plan for each level.

Property was as advertised, no issues however AC went out in the first day of a three night stay. Luckily only two of the rooms were being utilized so two windows units were brought in. 2nd day repairman comes but could only add refrigerant and order a new part and hope that it arrives on day 3…it did not. Thank goodness we had the window units, and were able to sleep fine but was unable to stay in the house for any length of time. The condo rep was very nice and apologized but never offered any price concession. I asked how this was not reported by the cleaning service or those renting prior to me, which of course could not be answered. I’m scheduled to be back in that same condo in 5 weeks.
