We really enjoyed our ourselves, the kitchen was stocked with everything to prepare meals. Plenty of towels for everyone and clean floors.

This property was perfect for two families with small kids. It looked just like the pictures and was clean. Kids enjoyed the pool and roasting marshmallows on the fire pit.

This was a gret location fora big group family vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed and the whole layout was great. One of the bunk beds was a bit shaky but overall beds were okay. The pool is close enough to the unit but did get crowded. The game room was fun for the kids but the pool table was wobbly and that made it really challenging to play on. FYI, the Island Market nearby is very good. It saved us a longer drive than trekking to HEB.

This is our 12th time visiting the Whitecap Beach area and our first at this complex. The property was clean enough and the layout was nice for our family. I was very disappointed in a couple things that may have me not returning- 1. Noise. This complex is VERY loud and there doesn't seem to be any control. I don't mind kids during the day and such (we have 3 ourselves) but the loud screaming of outdoor groups with wild parties in the middle of the night, multiple nights in a row, is a bit much. 2. Roaches. We had to kill several live roaches in our short visit and it was super gross. Pest control needs to visit asap. 3. Main door lock needs replacing. The salt, sand and humidity have rusted it pretty bad and sometimes it is extremely hard to unlock. This needs to be addressed. Overall we enjoyed our visit even though it was definitely not our favorite property.
