Kingfisher cove cedar wood cabins were newly constructed and are perfectly located in a beautiful nature reserve just steps from the banks of Lake Goshorn and minutes from downtown Saugatuck. Kingfisher Cove is the perfect place for enjoying outdoor activities, boating, fishing, and canoeing, just steps from your front door. Three miles from downtown Saugatuck and Douglas, the convenient location allows you easy access to all the area has to offer - Just minutes from the Saugatuck Dunes State Park and some of the most pristine beaches in the world on Lake Michigan.
With a long list of additional features including a hot tub, free access to the association pool, and a large screened-in porch there's something for everyone to enjoy. Don't forget your fishing poles for lazy days on the floating dock!

- Second floor Master Suite with queen size hickory log bed, On suite luxurious bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower, walk-in closet.
- Ground floor guest bedroom with a full-size hickory bed.
- Additional bedroom with 2 hickory log bunk bed.
- All bedrooms have large closets, bed linens, and cozy comforters provided.
- Loft sleeping quarters with 2 Twinn size pull out sofa beds.
Kitchen and self-catering facilities:
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking and baking utensils, lots of counter space, and dinner service for eight.
Entertainment:
- 42-inch Plasma screen television in the loft, with basic cable, and available On-Demand movies and sports
- Stereo, with AM/FM tuner, CD player, and iPod dock with remote
- Large selection of board games available for all age groups.
Relaxation and Outdoor experience:
- Four seasons hot tub is the best place to unwind
- Free access to the association swimming pool
- There is a paved patio area equipped with a gas grill for the BBQ experience.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely consider coming back. Our group included my husband and me, our 3- and 6-year-old daughters, my 70-year-old mom, and my sister's family rented the cabin next door, so it was the perfect setup for a multigenerational family vacation.The biggest highlight is the location. We made full use of the pool and spent time paddleboarding on Goshorn Lake every single day. We rented bikes and highly recommend it—we biked into downtown Saugatuck, which made avoiding the downtown parking hassle so easy. We also rode to Oval Beach. The location made it incredibly convenient to explore Saugatuck, Douglas, and Holland, where we spent an afternoon bowling when wildfire smoke kept us indoors. If you're traveling with kids, don't miss Express Yourself Art Barn in nearby Fennville—it was one of our favorite outings.The cabin itself was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our group of 10, the washer and dryer got plenty of use after swimming and beach days, and the air conditioning kept every room comfortable during a very hot week.The only area that could use some attention is the cleaning. Overall, the cabin was tidy when we arrived, but we did find a few pieces of broken glass on the floor, which was concerning with young children, and it could benefit from a more thorough dusting and occasional deep clean.

We had a 40th birthday party here and it was an awesome spot for the girls weekend getaway and was relatively close to the beach/downtown area. Bathrooms were clean and it had ample space to fit 7 of us.

This is my fourth and probably last time at this property. The host is communicative and has been great over the years. Unfortunately, the hot tub and bathtubs were dirty this time. Shower in main bath needs repair.
