A lovely apartment just a few minutes walk to downtown. Overlooks Coit Park which is great for outdoor activities. Come relax with your family or a few close-knit friends. Spacious 3 Bedroom apartment, with Living room and formal Dining Room, beautiful Kitchen area. One block from Corewell Hospital.

The property was comfortable, clean and charming with a great location within easy walking distance to the Medical Mile and a nice little park across the street. It was everything we needed for our stay. Our host communicated all the details for our stay in a timely manner. We’d definitely recommend and will consider staying here again next time we visit Grand Rapids.

Michelle, and her team were truly awesome! We do wish the place would have had a washer and dryer, cooking utensils, more hand and kitchen towels, over door hangers for used towels, also, broom and mop, need more lamps for bedrooms. WiFi was a little spotty, maybe a book with instructions and near by groceries and services. This is our wish list! For the next time we come into Grand Rapids.Can’t wait to come back!!

Close to medical mile and downtown. Walkable to downtown if needed but Uber or Lyft easy to grab. Next to a park, very nice. Host was very communicable. We had a few issues connecting the television to the internet to log into anything to watch but we were able to. Clean but definitely dated. Lots of coming and going in the late evening, but typical for the city.
