Relax in a quiet waterfront setting along the Corpus Christi Ship Channel, where passing ships and coastal wildlife provide the scenery. This split-level condo offers flexible sleeping for up to five guests, an in-unit washer and dryer and direct access to Bay Tree's fishing, boating and recreation amenities.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Bay Tree D11-12 is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Corpus Christi Ship Channel. This is a second floor condo with no elevator access. Both bedrooms are located upstairs by accessing a spiral staircase, the laundry area is located on the main floor in the bathroom off of the living room. While here you will see the large super tankers traverse the ship channel dwarfing everything along the way. We offer a very peaceful and quiet stay and still have many fun things to do. Fishing from our private pier, lounging around our Texas size pool.

This place is nice. I loved that we could watch the ships go by. I have no complaints other than the bedrooms upstairs did not cool until midnight. The thermostat is old and we had it set at 60 and still wouldn’t cool quick enough. The handle from outside of sliding door broke off when we closed door, but it was eroded from the salt. The shades had missing blinds so the sun shines in early every morning and will wake you if you’re not an early person. One blind broke off while I was closing them. Overall I do recommend this place. The pool was nice.

Great location, with nice views of the pass. There were restaurants within walking distance, but lack of sidewalks would make it safer to drive ( lots of golf cart rentals nearby). The spiral stair inside was very tight, but bringing luggage up was easy via the outside stair access to the upper floor. The upstairs AC struggled a bit. Overall, a nice place for our short stay.

This location is great so close to their piers jetty ..food and all that.. The upstairs bedrooms the AC just wasnt enough however downstairs comfortable or even cold and upstairs hot. The smoke detectors would go off from the steam in the shower which was funny but loud 😂 . No exausted fan or it wasnt working . Thebunit needs a Super deep much dust on ac vents. I took a shower and my feet were black from walking in the kitchen without shoes.. Kitxhen utensils lacking they need to replace pots and pans .. Coffee mugs all stained and cracked on inside..LOOOVED the private decknoff the bedroom beautiful view . We had a great stay tho!
