Property as advertised. very quaint, perfect for two people. Very clean on arrival. Great proximity to downtown Dunedin and close to Clearwater. Would definitely recommend this for a long weekend getaway. Would book this property again.

The property was quaint and had a cottage feel. The inside was clean. The only complaint is the bathroom door. Its a slatted door and does not provide privacy. It sleeps 4, but it would be very tight amd the sleeper sofa is more like a twin size. We were supposed to have bicycles to ride the Pinnella Trail but the tires were dry rotted and flat It has a fully equipped kitchen and bath. It is close to the ball park and downtown Dunedin, shopping, eating and breweries. Overall a 6/10. Host was very responsive to messages.
