Vintage authentic 1945 Log House nestled among ¾ acre woods. Overlooking Lake Michigan with 65 wood stairs to 80' frontage private sandy beach. Four bedroom, three and half bath year-round home sleeps eight. Two bedrooms main floor, two bedrooms upstairs. Main floor master bedroom offers king size bed with private full bath, bathtub/shower.
Main floor guest bedroom offers queen bed with private full bath, bathtub/shower. Upstairs bedroom with two twin beds second bedroom offers queen bed. Unique 12 foot open railing bridge connects two bedrooms upstairs. Bridge overlooks entire living space below. Large open floor plan with wood burning fireplace in living room. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to gather as a family. From the moment we walked in, we could tell this was a very special place and we were lucky to be there! The backyard was a dream, and we helped ourselves to the fun games and puzzles. I had scoped out some nearby activities for when I had imagined our toddler would want to experience something new, yet we never left the house the whole time. We prepared so many amazing meals in the kitchen and in the backyard, and found ourselves commenting how helpful the fully stocked kitchen is (so many kinds of tongs!). Such cozy and comfortable living. We are hoping to come back year after year and make this a special part of our family’s summers.

What an absolutely fantastic place to stay! Barb has thought of everything you would need to be comfortable. A great home with access to a private beach. We will definitely be back.
