This 5th floor condo features a master bedroom with queen size bed and walk-in closet, den with double bed and one full washroom. There is also a queen size pull-out sofa to comfortably accommodate guests. It is fully furnished and includes everything you would need to feel at home. The covered balcony provides a relaxing retreat and overlooks the buildings quiet 3rd floor courtyard.
This unit has been recently renovated with laminate flooring in the bedrooms, fresh paint throughout, blinds, linens and decor.

Our family had a great experience staying here. The unit was very clean, had everything we needed including a welcome basket of snacks. It was a great location to walk to the beach. The hosts made the check in process easy. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay here! Beautiful place with a ton of room. I’ve stayed at a few different condos in Playa, and this was by far the easiest check in/out. Communication with the owners was very prompt as well. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

The owner/manager was responsive in answering questions. The apartment was clean and spacious. Kitchen adequately supplied. The main bed was very small, likely a double bed. We did not use the second bed, but it was also the same size. There is not enough seating in the living room. Just a loveseat and a chair.
