A lovely home with all mod-cons and a lot of character. Beautifully decorated and immaculately kept with comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a convenient parking space the house met all our needs. Host responded to questions and gave excellent detailed instructions for check in, check out, wifi and all appliances.Located in a quiet and picturesque part of town but within easy access to the marina, shops, bars and restaurants this house is just fabulous. Easy access to explore the wider area too such as Port Royal, Paris Island, Savannah and Charleston. We really enjoyed our stay, the local community made us feel very welcome especially as we visited over the 250th Independence Day. Would highly recommend this property and the local area.

This is my third time renting this townhouse. Obviously I love it. The location is fabulous and you can walk everywhere in downtown historic district. Because I have rented it multiple times I feel confident saying that the townhouse does need a little bit of maintenance attention. In the first floor bedroom, the posters on the bed frame continually fall off, exposing a screw. This could be dangerous and needs to be repaired. This time, we did not have sufficient bath mats or towels left out for us and we had to go searching through the flat to find everything that we needed. The directions to operate the television were written on a piece of paper and had faded terribly. It was difficult to figure out how to work the television. The burners on the stove top were electric and would not turn on at all when we first arrived. Fortunately, we figured it out and we actually had to take the burners off and reconnect them to each circuit to get the stove top to work.Is a great townhouse. But little TLC is needed..

Great location, close to everything. Property is older and desperately needs some renovations. It was not properly cleaned up on arrival however, the owner called immediately upon voicing our concerns. She offered to remedy the situation the next day and provided us a small credit for our inconvenience.
