Vincent sent all the info for the security check, the check in info, and a digital list of the rules and check out info. The property is located in a very secluded and quiet area. The back yard is a great place to sit and enjoy the wonderful flowers and herbs of the property. There is a hike and bike trail directly across the street and a park within walking distance. Safeway is easily assesible, within a half a mile. The house is equipped with upgraded stainless steel appliances. We used the refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washer, and dryer without any issues. The house is equipped with AC. The primary bedroom is upstairs. It is huge with a massive bath that includes a walk in shower and separate tub.. There are 2 more bedrooms upstairs with plenty of room and they share a bath. The bath has a bathtub , with a shower. The tub is higher than most tubs, so an elderly person like myself needs to be cautious. There is a downstairs bedroom with its own bathroom, which has a walk-in shower. The TV is a streaming TV. So, you need to bring your own streaming TV info / sticks etc. to sign in. The coffee pot is a Ninja coffee pot using ground coffee. I looked at a YouTube video to figure out how to use. After figuring it out, I found the attachments for making it a KCup coffee maker. Another YouTube video and we had it working. I left the KCup attachment on the machine. You might bring both types of coffee. We had a very enjoyable time.

Great property. Easy check in and out. Great host. Better than expected. The location was beautiful with parks and trails all around. I recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet area of Kenmore. We were in town for a special event and unfortunately did not have time to explore the river area etc, but it was perfect for our needs
