O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
This beautiful Carlsbad home is the perfect place to escape and unwind, or entertain and play. With five bedrooms, including a bunk room, large living and dining room, brand new kitchen, and a backyard with hot tub and fire pit that is perfect for entertaining, you may never want to leave. But if you do venture out, we are located in the perfect spot tucked away on a private street with cul-de-sac, within walking distance to the beach, a short bike ride or drive to the downtown Carlsbad village, and great freeway access.
This home has been completely remodeled specifically designed to accommodate our guests. The downstairs living space is open and spacious with large windows that let in great natural light, with sightlines from the entry to the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with beautiful countertops, new cabinets, and new appliances.
The downstairs bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, including the bunk room that comfortably sleeps six, and two other private bedrooms.
To access the upstairs, guests will have access two more bedrooms through the backyard, making it an ideal quiet space for working, young children who need rest, or adults who need a little more privacy, or for teens who want to stay up a little later. The primary bedroom has a King bed, and the second bedroom has a pull-out, queen sofa bed.
The backyard has a large table and outdoor seating, with a brand new hot tub for you to enjoy. The side yard also features an enclosed laundry room and an outdoor shower.
There is plenty of parking with two cars that fit comfortably in the driveway, and additional street parking in front of the house.
This home is one of the few large homes with air conditioning, making for a comfortable stay.
Although this home is located near the train tracks, we have installed double pane windows and additional sound-minimizing measures to help reduce the noise, but please know that these preventive measures do not sound proof the home. Children who stay at the home may even enjoy the sights and sounds of the occasional train.

Overall well equipped house with a decent amount of upgrades. We found it lacking enough bath towels for the group. The listing mentioned a “game room” and there were no games. Our kids were bummed. We did enjoy the proximity to the beach and Starbucks around the corner. The washer and dryer are shared with other tenants. The upstairs only has an exterior/separate entrance which was difficult for our group but could be nice for others wanting separation. The door handle upstairs completely fell off but we were able to reattach it. The train tracks across the street were a mild annoyance which is reflected in the lower rental price. It ran several times throughout the night. During the day, the kids enjoyed seeing it, younger kids especially enjoyed the train. We appreciated the high chair being provided. Overall the neighborhood felt safe and we enjoyed our stay.

Very accommodating property managers who were very responsive to my texts. Great location, very comfortable, and met our needs. As other reviewers have mentioned, just make sure you are aware that the train goes by right across the street. Not as much on the weekends.

Good condition. Very convenient for us with our wedding party. We enjoyed the firepit. The grill needs cleaning.

Safety: Outside access exterior door handle/ lock was off on arrival and was left unsecured the entire stay after notifying host.Cleanliness: the bed linens were stained, towels and washcloths that are supposed to be white were a dingy gray color and stained. Some of the pillows smelled of body odor- left us questioning overall cleanliness. The hot tub was unusable due to the water being murky and dirty. It would have been nice to know about the people living on the grounds , my daughter in-law got quite the fright when someone was walking by her window while dressing.Positives: the house is walking distance to the beach and easy access to the freeway.
