Beautiful home calming and comfortable! Our family home is ready to warmly welcome you and your family. Why stay in a hotel room when you can stay in a beautiful home with gourmet kitchen, spa bathroom and gorgeous back yard. Enjoy the 2 gas fireplaces or warm up outside in the hot tub there is also central AC keeping it comfortable in the summer. We are a non-smoking property. We are not a Party House and we are in a family oriented neighborhood. Fern Haus is 5 minutes from SEA airport and close to light rail. Burien is a small community with great restaurants, shopping and breweries. Des Moines marina is 10 minutes south with restuarants and parks. Seattle’s T-Mobile and Lumen fields are 15 minutes to downtown near Seattle's Pioneer Square and the waterfront. Fern Haus is waiting for you with 3 bedrooms all with queen size beds, comfortable mattresses and hypo allergenic hotel style quality bedding. There is one full luxury bathroom with walk in shower featuring a rainfall shower with an adjustable hand shower and heated floors. There is a powder room off the kitchen. Our home is basically on one level with two steps in the front door and one step down to the family room with smart tv which opens up to a big beautiful patio and amazing back yard with patio dinning, hot tub and gas bbq. The kitchen is the center of our home with a large island and stainless steel appliances and gas range, dishwasher and refrigerator. We have stocked the kitchen with quality dishes, glassware, cookware and serving pieces. There is room for your family here with 3 bedrooms a front living area with gas fireplace, big open kitchen and large family room with another gas fireplace. Step outside to our patio with string lights on the arbor and a gas bbq. The garden has plenty of grass to play on with nice shade trees and is fully fenced. Steps away to the big hot tub set at 101 degrees. There is easy parking for 3 cars. We are close to the airport but we have upgraded insulation for a peaceful nights sleep. A newly installed EV charger is availble for an additional cost. Enjoy our private home like a luxury resort! Dog friendly if your dog is well behaved and under 50 pounds. Requests for more than one dog must be pre approved by owner. Each dog is an additional $25 per night per dog. Sorry no cats or other animals at this time

The Fern Haus was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we loved the quiet, charming neighborhood. The home was easy to find, and the exterior was beautifully maintained. As soon as we walked inside, it had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home.Every room was thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting space. The bedrooms were the perfect size, with plenty of closet space, and the beds were comfortable. The living room, dining area, and kitchen were fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made traveling from out of state so much easier.The outdoor space was just as impressive. The jacuzzi was perfectly heated and made for a relaxing evening after a day of exploring. We traveled as a family of five—three adults and two kids—and the home accommodated us comfortably.The location was another big plus. It was conveniently close to the airport and grocery stores, while still being just far enough from the city to enjoy some peace and quiet.We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would absolutely book The Fern Haus again. Highly recommend!

We loved every part of our stay here! The furniture, appliances, and linens were high quality and comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for cooking, and the backyard and hot tub were perfect places to spend time. We were so impressed by the amenities, like the surplus of towels, the heated floor in the bathroom, and built-in closets. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking, and despite being right next to the airport, the plane noise wasn't disruptive to sleep. If we have reason to stay in the area again, we will absolutely be rebooking this property!

We absolutely loved the Fern Haus. It was well appointed, super clean, and comfortable. The garden was so beautiful and meticulous. Just so lovely to sit and enjoy after a long day exploring. I highly recommend this location for experiencing Seattle.

This house is bigger than I expected. The kitchen is very large, two living rooms and an amazing yard. Plenty of closet space in each bedroom (bedrooms are on the smaller side, but the closets and bed are all one needs!...and make sure you check out the closets!).The yard is private and beautiful!I would love to buy this house!They left us with snacks/drinks and even coffee! (We brought our own, but I appreciated it!)Highly recommend.
