Featuring countless amenities and a fantastic swimming pool with a Jacuzzi function, Antonia Villa is a magnificent villa in the centre of the beautiful Zakynthos Island.
INDOOR SPACES
Antonia is a large, impressive two-level villa with four bedrooms, that can comfortably accommodate 8+1 guests – a fact that makes it ideal for families and large groups of friends!
Entering the villa from its entrance on the ground floor, the guests will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a large 3.30 x 2.40 sofa – which can accommodate an additional guest, raising the accommodation capacity to 9 persons. Moreover, a tenth guest can be accommodated with the addition of a foldable bed (upon request). The ground floor has direct access to the swimming pool.
The first floor features three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double bed and one with a king-size bed! There is also a bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, as well as a mini fridge and coffee equipment.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The outdoors features an outdoor bathroom, a built BBQ with a refrigerator and a sink, as well as a shaded area to enjoy your meals!
Since the outdoor area is really large, Antonia Villa is a perfect location for the hosting of special moments, such as marriages and celebrations! Additionally, the villa is accessible to persons with mobility limitations, since there is a ramp, a ground-floor bedroom and a bathroom where there is ample room for a wheelchair.
PRIVATE POOL
The outdoor area is simply amazing – there is a spectacular swimming pool that measures a whopping 72 sq.m., features a Jacuzzi function, and is surrounded by 6 sunbeds and two canopy beds.
The swimming pool is not heated, and its use depends on weather conditions. During April and November, as well as in cases of rain or lower night-time temperatures, it may not be possible to use the pool.
The Climate Resilience Tax of 15 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.

Fantastic high specification, immaculately presented , secure and private villa. Everything has been thought about with a fantastic supply of food and goodies on arrival. Very attentive owners, they fully cleaned house mid stay, cleaned the pool and provided clean towels regularly. Plenty of room for 8 to have enough space to relax. Perfect location near beaches and local resorts and good selection of grocery stores nearby. Would highly recommend

We loved the property as it was a modern, beautiful and great to have a quiet break. Spacious, clean, comfortable with multiple relaxing areas. Pool was fantastic with outside kitchen with covered cabana area.Excellent heat control with Aircon and shutters.The supply of essentials we found on arrival was a great surprise.An awesome property which we would recommend to anyone, adults or families.

This property is fantastic - the pool area is as great as if looks, and everything is clean and modern. The property is also very private whole still being within 15 mins of Tsilivi and downtown Zakynthos. The hosts were lovely and left some water and snacks - they seem to have thought of everything.
