With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, this home boasts a spacious layout. The main level features an open kitchen and living area, while the upper level offers a complete kitchen, all accentuated by vaulted ceilings and generous windows that flood the space with natural light. Stay warm and cozy with two gas fireplaces. The primary ensuite is on the main level with a slider out to the deck and hot tub.
Additionally two of the bedrooms over ocean views and decks that are accessible to enjoy them from as well. The property has been elegantly furnished and decorated, completely stocked with all the necessities and located in a quiet section of town with easy access to restaurants and activities.
There is something here to do for everyone. Enjoy each morning and night on the deck or inside overlooking the waves, sights, and sounds of Rockaway Beach. The sunsets are undoubtedly breathtaking. When it is time to warm up, gather around the outdoor fire-pit or relax the worries away in the hot tub on the deck. The Pacific Ocean and endless adventures are just steps away. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

What a wonderful home. There were eight of us and we all had lots of room to do ourthing. We loved the hot tub with the wonderful view of the ocean and the fireworks.There were a few issues that needed addressing but were not; the oven on the main floor did not work, the 2nd floor oven did work the main fireplace was not working the dryer was not working the upstairs fridge had a small water leak the hot tub lid was broken on one side the window in the 2nd downstairs bedroom did not lock.We were able to contact the handyman but he was unable to fix the items mentionedbecause he need parts he was unable to obtain during the holiday weekend.We feel that these were major items that interfered with our enjoyment of an otherwise perfect house for our family reunion and deserve compensation.

Great location on the beach. House is a little dated and needs som maintenance. Otherwise it was good.

Very nice location. Spacious house. Comfortable beds, great hot tub. Spacious deck. A few problems, bunk bed room smelled really bad, unusable. Host sent a cleaner who treated carpet with some spray that didn't help. Family members slept on couches. Two of three fireplaces inoperative. Range left rear burner and downdraft fan inoperative. Still had a pleasant weekend. Excellent family time.
