Kitchenette: hob, microwave, fridge freezer and all kinds of accessories for the kitchen.
Sleeping area:
Room with double bed.
Room with single beds.(on request 1 double)
In the night corridor there is the anteroom with washing machine; the windowed bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer.
Large covered terrace to the south / west.
Outside:
Terrace Solarium: the exclusive domain of the apartment, is equipped with deck chairs and umbrella.
Garage: closed and independent.
Reserved parking
During the stay, a contribution will be requested for:
Bed linen and towels: € 12.00 per person.
Heating: € 13.00 per day, from December 1st to April 30th
Minimum stay of 4 nights in March, April, May, June and September

(Ideal for families up to 5 people)
Entrance: completely independent from the rest of the house.
Living area:
Hall: which consists of a dining area and living room (no sofa) with TV.
Kitchen: with stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and all kinds of accessories for the kitchen.
Sleeping area:
Room with double bed.
Room with single beds. (on request 1 double bed and a single bed)
Double sevices
Room with washing machine and necessary for cleaning.
Large covered terrace to the south
On the outside:
Private area with use of table for lunch / dinner and sun loungers with parasol - garden.

The apartments can not accommodate pets
During the stay, a contribution will be requested for:

The price of the apartment refers to an occupancy of 4 persons - for the fifth bed a fee of € 10.00 per night will be required.

We stayed in the ground floor duplex apartment. The apartment is wide, cosy, nice decorated, with nice wooden furniture and well equipped.
The large and sunny terrace is perfect for having a meal outside and to enjoy of magnificent view of Civetta.
The owners are discrete and available.
Beautiful place, we certainly hope to return one day!
