High quality, double stacked queen sized air mattress with internal pump provided OR sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements.

Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

We have stayed in Gulf Shores every year the past few years and this was the cleanest and best value for our money to date. We typically get a 2 bedrooms and this has 3 with two king beds and a bunk. Really great with smaller kids.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was exactly as described, and communication with the property host was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was seamless, and we felt well informed throughout the entire process.The condo was very clean, including the bedrooms and bathrooms, and the location couldn't have been better. We loved being just steps from the beach, and the view from the condo was beautiful. We truly have no complaints about Unit 1005 and would happily stay there again.The only drawbacks were related to the Seawind property itself rather than the condo. The elevators can have long wait times during busy hours, so it's worth planning extra time. Parking is also very tight, with vehicles parked extremely close together.

When me and my family went down to Alabama we had an AMAZING vacation! The rooms were super clean 🧼 and honestly they took great care of us the whole time. We loved it so much we even wanted to stay an extra night and there was absolutely no hassle at all.The rooms were very spacious and accommodated everybody comfortably We also had a pull-out couch, which gave us extra room in case we brought anybody else along One of the BEST parts was the beautiful beach view from our balcony Waking up and seeing the ocean every day was definitely a vibe Just a little heads up for anyone planning to extend their stay — you may have to grab your own tissue 🛒🧻 which honestly was no big deal to us at all.Overall, me and my family had the BEST time making memories Sea Winds Condominiums is officially one of our family vacation spots now First time going and we will MOST DEFINITELY be back again

The view of the beach was a 10. The condo was very clean and had plenty of kitchen utensils. Some down falls of staying here was the pool it is basically non existent. The condo allows a few throwable items but with several days of stay it would have been more convenient to not have to buy trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels etc. the ability to either purchase more or have access to more without having to buy an entire box at a store would be nice. There are no bathrooms outside of your room that I found which is somewhat inconvenient. Overall, our stay was a 7.5 out of 10 but bc of the pool I wouldn’t stay here again for times the kids wanted to swim and not in the ocean especially with red flag warning.
