Being a "Tiny House" on paper, the use of space is incredible. Very HIGH CEILING makes the place feel really spacious.
It comfortably sleeps up to 5~6 people.
- Master bedroom has a queen size bed, sleep 2.
- The very cool loft space has a queen size mattress, sleeps 2. Kids will LOVE it!
- Living room sofa can quickly convert to a queen size bed, sleeps 1~2.
Open concept kitchen with beautiful QUARTZ countertop, and lots of cabinet spaces. The bathroom features GRANITE countertop, and a very large standing shower tiled all the way around.
The outdoor front porch provides even more entertaining spaces.

The house was clean and conveniently located. The property beautiful and well maintained. The pool was a spectacular escape from the heat of July Florida between the historic attractions!

It's tucked into a quiet little neighborhood. Property is very private and fixed up very nice. Price is great for location and being pet friendly makes it even better. We would stay again.

What a great place to stay. The pool was awesome, it was nice and secluded. The property was super clean. Communication was outstanding. I highly recommend this place for a getaway.

We was disappointed that the heater in the pool was not warmer. It water was very chilly. I even paid to heat it. The kids did swim in the pool for a few but it was definitely too cold for adults and small kids. The property owner did respond when I called him, however apparently in Florida when it is cooler temperatures, the heater does not heat it. “ it’s not a hot tub”. I have swam in many many pools with heaters and outside temperatures 50-65 degrees does not change that.
We thought it was a bunch of excuses. Just say it doesn’t work unless it’s hot outside ?!
The toilet got clogged but there was not a plunger. The host said we Must have flushed something down that that should’ve not been flushed, which is not true. “It has never been clogged before.” I made a few trips to get our own plunger, as there wasn’t one there. The washer had to be re-spun five times to get it to drain. There was a little bit of water in the seal that was pooled but eventually It went down on its own after I spinned it several times and worked from there on. He said there is never been an issue, but there was Draino under the sink.
It was a beautiful property but wouldn’t stay here again.
