WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
Our Saida I condo (#501) is beachfront, has fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico, a warm Southern exposure, and is steps away from 3 refreshing pools.
The three-bedroom, two-bath condo is located in the Saida Towers, a gated, family-friendly complex with 24/7 security that has been a favorite of families and Winter Texans for many years. We have three swimming pools (one heated in the winter), three hot tubs, tennis courts, and a poolside bar and hamburger hut open in the summer.
Our extra-large balcony, furnished with a picnic table and deck chairs, is a great place to watch the beach, the ocean, pool area, lounge with a good book, or enjoy cocktails and dinner!
Up to 10 guests can sleep in our approximately 1450 sq ft condo. The primary suite has a king bed, the corner room has 2 double beds, and the third room has 2 twins over full-size bunk beds. The beautiful kitchen has a large bar area and granite countertops and is well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, a toaster, a blender, and a coffee maker.

Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
The City of South Padre Island Rental License Number is 2023-0737.

The property was very clean and looked just like the photos. I would stay there again. The kitchen items were stocked very well. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. The view was very nice we could see 2 of the pools and the beach. The location was very good.

Great location and stay. Ample space for 8 people as we stayed with older kids. View is great, access to the beach as described. -We had small issues- but we managed- Soap, Shampoo and conditioner was just 1 set in each bathroom - was less for 8 people to use for beach vacation so we had to buy on our own. We could not collect during designated timings provided by the property from the front desk as we were out enjoying our time. Hence please bring your own if you feel like its not going to be enough for all. -Both Bathroom sinks were flowing very slowly, they need unclogging. - Bring your own beach towels or you can exchange towels if you can between provided timings. Rest we loved the place. Kids had fun. We had a relaxing time here. would come back and recommend others too. Played flying discs after ages.
