The house is super clean and the view is amazing

The house was beautiful and in an amazing location. One of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve stayed at. There are multiple outdoor areas, all with great views. Only downside was communication with the company that owns the property. One of the screen doors was broken so we couldn’t get fresh air inside the house. Called on our first day and were told they’d fix it the next day. The door was never fixed and we never heard anything back.

Second stay here! Nicely decorated, very clean, awesome views front and back with a backyard perfectly set up for bored watching. Highly recommend !

If you mean the host being Sedona.org. I would give them a poor score. The TV didn't work because the password evidently wasn't changed since the last guest. Someone had to come on Thanksgiving to fix. I was told there would be a garage door clicker in the house. None to be found. I asked multiple time with no response or help. I reported that the shower in the downstairs basedment was running cold water only. No one responded. I was told there were outside lights that would be on until 10pm. The outside of the house was pitch black. No response when I asked about that either. The house itself is wonderful, the owners should be proud of their remodel. But, the management company is doing them no favors when their guests have issues. And for the amount of money that I paid for the vacation....the service was a disapointment.
