This gorgeous new home has an oversized eat at island overlooking the open and bright living area. Perfect for both families and adults wanting to get away. Both the kitchen and living room have breathtaking views of the ocean and the large front deck is a great place to watch the pelicans fly in and play in the surf.
Bedroom one has a comfy king size bed across from the hall bath. The hall bath is complete with a double sink vanity, tub/shower combo, and stackable washer and dryer. Bedroom two has two queen over queen bunk beds great for kids to adults. Bedroom three has an a king bed with an en-suite walk in shower and private access to the back deck for sunset views over the bay.
Underneath the home, guests will find a large entertaining area complete with a picnic table, bar seating, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and plenty of room to store boogie boards, chairs, toys and more.
All of this just a short walk to the sands of Bolivar Peninsula beach. Come check out the views!

Right on the beach and a great view of the intercoastal highway... best of both worlds! The home is well appointed and the beds were super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you for sharing your home!

The beach view was beautiful for morning sunsets. The host was quick to communicate, and the house was very clean and comfortable, kitchen well-equipped.
