We had a great stay at Gary’s condo! The communication was great, Gary always responds to message promptly. The property manager Daniel was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo itself is spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything to make you feel right at home. Door man Carlos is very nice and helpful. The location is close to all the attractions and amenities you’d need. We enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We really enjoyed the suite. It's about a 15 minute walk to downtown and you pass some good restaurants along the way. It's about a 7 minute walk to the beach. This suite is situated perfectly!
Some other guests had complained about noise from the soccer field across the road but we didn't notice any excessive noise. There were many games but they ended around 8 or 9pm so they didn't bother us at all. Plus it was nice to watch a bit of soccer!
The pools are nice and warm. The guards are friendly and very helpful but they don't speak any English.
We have no complaints about the room and would recommend it to anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas. Thanks Gary!

Easy access to the beach (5-minute walk) and shopping/marina (10-minute walk).
The 4 lane road outside the condo was very busy and noisy. This impacted our enjoyment of the balcony and pool.
