Had a great stay. Host informed us on the way of an AC issue, technician was there shortly after we arrived and fixed the issue, had no further problems with it. Would recommend!

A short walk to the beach, centrally located if you want to drive to other areas like historic Saint Augustine or farther north for some delicious restaurants. You really can’t get any closer to the beach without spending a lot more money, so this worked out well for us. The property was also spotless, which was great.
