Great Home in gated neighborhood with resort pool just 1 mile to the beach and 30A.
This single story home includes a 6 Seater Golf Cart plus a gorgeous community resort pool!
Located in Cypress Breeze Plantation, the amazing 14,000 square foot resort pool is a 5 minute walk from home with plenty of space for the whole family.
Not only does this home come with golf cart, it also has 4 bicycles and an arcade games.
There is ample space for the entire family and your friends to spread out and enjoy this four-bedroom, two bathroom single story home located in Cypress Breeze Plantation in Santa Rosa Beach. Located adjacent to Longleaf Pine Trail with access to trail out the back door, this location is perfect.
You will have access to the community's resort pool and waterfalls with the beach less than 1 mile away. This beautiful home is full of lovely furnishings including an expansive office with arcade game and also can be closed off for your convenience and privacy. Outdoor space includes a large backyard, with a deck/patio plus grill and plenty of seating to relax and lounge. This home offers direct access to the Longleaf Pine Trailhead (14.2 mile loop trail great for hiking and mountain biking) through the backyard, giving you a second public access point (less than 1 mile) to the beach. The kitchen has everything you would need and is fully stocked with service for 8 and includes a large dining table and seating at the counter.
All linens are laundered and sanitized after every stay for your peace of mind. When you're not heading to the white sugar-sand beach, you'll have access to the community's Vegas style pool.
The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Master - King bed. Bedroom 2 - King bed. Bedroom 3 - King bed. Bedroom 4 - Twin and Full Bunk bed.

This close-to-the gulf home is just North of 30A on the South side of Hwy 393 in Cypress Breeze Plantation, which is known for its beautiful plantation homes, family-friendly atmosphere, and the best pool in the area. You are walking distance to all the restaurants and bars at Gulf Place 30A. Pristine beaches, coastal dune lakes, wetlands, wonderful hiking and bird-watching opportunities are just a few of the many natural attractions this area offers. Take a scenic bike ride along 30A, stop for a drink and a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants ... possibilities are endless.

Pets are accepted with prior approval based on size, breed. There is a $200 pet fee pet pet, $100 additional pet cleaning fee and a $250 refundable pet deposit. Pets are not allowed on beds, if pet hair is found on beds guest will be notified and charged for replacement linens.

We had a great stay and especially enjoyed the resort style community pool. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for our group of 6. Having the golf cart made it fun and convenient to get around the lovely area of Gulf Place. The house did include 4 beach towels and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked.
Unfortunately the garage door had been broken just before our arrival and we had to deal with opening and closing it manually which proved an inconvenience as someone had to hold the door up while another person removed the golf cart or bikes.
The pool use requires a key fob to get in and out of the pool area and the house only had one. For a house that sleeps 9 a second fob would make a big difference as not all of our group arrived or left the pool at the same time. We did make that suggestion and management states they plan on adding a second key fob.
The description currently states the backyard has access to Longleaf Pine Trail. We found this misleading as there is not a usable path and there are a few trees down that make it very difficult to get to the trail from the back gate. Also the gate lock is broken and cannot be opened from the outside which is a bit of a safety hazard since being locked out would mean a long walk home if there is no one to let you back in. We did let management know and they stated they will fix the lock and update the description on the listings.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The location can't be beat and being able to use the e-bikes and golf cart were great. The community pool was great, felt like we were at a resort. We would definitely stay here again.
