A sturdy spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find a bedroom with a balcony, a double bed, and a view of the water
. Next door is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a tub, washing machine, and dryer.
On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and a sauna, a bedroom with a double bed, and the kitchen with a living and
dining area and a fireplace. From here, you can access the terrace with a view of the water.
Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere in the house. Please bring your own bed linens and towels.
Charging electric cars in any form is prohibited.



The vacation homes (House C, House D, and House E) are located near Lake Plau, though not all homes have a direct view of the lake. Here, you can combine an active vacation with a relaxing getaway.
The beach, located practically right outside the front door, is perfect for swimming. Water sports enthusiasts can head straight out onto the water with their own equipment, such as a windsurf board or stand-up paddleboard. Water sports gear is also available for rent at the harbor.
You can relax on the terrace or unwind on the spacious natural property, which is surrounded by bushes and beech trees.
A shed is available for you to store bicycles, bike trailers, and/or strollers. There’s also a grill available for a pleasant evening.
The parking lot is located right in front of the house.
Our check-in and check-out day for House E is generally Friday. For vacation homes C and D, check-in and check-out are always on Saturdays. Please keep this in mind when checking availability. Bed linens and towels are not included in the price and must be brought with you.
