This delightful and affordable 2nd Floor Condo sleeps 4 and is an end-unit, offering even more sweeping views and privacy. Relax in the cool comfort of the Living Area after a fun-filled day on the Beach, and enjoy the large Flat Screen Satellite TV and even Free WiFi, while taking in phenomenal Water Views right from the comfort of the sofa! Decorated in classic Beach Cottage style, you will love the white washed knotty-pine walls that are reminiscent of strolling on a Boardwalk.
The Kitchen features new Solid Surface Countertops and is well-stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals or whip up some fresh Chincoteague Seafood. Hopefully you will be cooking up some fresh fish, crabs, or clams you caught right from the Private Dock! A Charcoal Grill is also provided in the picnic area if grilling is your thing. You'll love dining Al-Fresco on the Balcony while taking in one of our famous Chincoteague Sunsets, or stay cool indoors in the Dining Area.
The Master Bedroom features a Queen Bed and another large Flat Screen Satellite TV, and is beautifully decorated in colors of Sand and Sea. In the Living Area, there is a Brand New (2019) Queen Sleeper Sofa - absolutely perfect!. A spacious Full Bathroom has a Tub/Shower Combo and is adorned in colors of the sun setting over the Bay. Sea Tag Lodge has on-site Pay Laundry for your convenience, as well.
Sunrise Serenade also comes with a Private Boat Slip that will accommodate up to a 25 foot boat! The property is a basic unit with an odds and ends collection of dishesThe area rugs were a trip hazzad and need.to be removed They had tried to tape down the edges but they rolled up. on the edges anyway. They were unnecessary since the owner had installed nice flooring.Having said that the view was wonderful and it is conveniently located to all the activities. Check in was a bit challenging after a long day drive since the units have names in the listing but have numbers on the doors with no namesThe team was very responsive to our calls which was niceFor the price it was an ok unit We would stay again but would check.with the host to be sure rhe rug situation had been corrected.

We stayed at this location 4 years ago and once again enjoyed the view of Assateague Island and the channel from the deck. I never was able to get the DirectTV working properly following the directions and found no directions except for Google for using the Blue Ridge Splits and nothing for operating the dishwasher. There was carpet with curled edges (tripping hazard) in both the bedroom and the sitting area. The bathroom and the kitchen were both very clean and well equipped.

The unit is very old and out dated. You can tell it’s a rental unit… it’s been beat up pretty good.
