Decorated to reflect the casual upscale beach lifestyle which will be yours during your stay, lounge in the living room which includes a flat screen TV, a new sectional sofa with queen-sized pullout bed, and an upscale recliner chair. The primary suite offers a luxurious king bed, flat screen TV, and a recently remodeled private bathroom, complete with plenty of storage, new bathroom fixtures, updated shower and tile throughout. The second bedroom suite has two twin beds, a flat screen TV and a recently remodeled private bathroom, also with plenty of storage, new bathroom fixtures, updated shower/tile.

The Following *Required Fees are included in the total cost.
*Required $150 Departure Cleaning Fee.
*Required Conservation Fee of $10 per night will be charged due to Longboat Key Ordinances to protect Turtles.
*Required Damage/liability insurance fee $70 is mandatory and will cover any damages or missing items in the guest rental unit or property, as needed. This damage/liability enables The Sea Grape Inn to rent to guests without requiring a refundable damage deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
~Cancel 91 days or more prior to arrival date, guest will receive a full refund less a $250 admin fee.
~Cancel 31-90 days prior to arrival receive full reservation credit for a future booking valid for 1 year (less any booking fees). Original reservation pricing is not guaranteed. Guest will be required to pay the difference if there is a price increase for new booking dates.
~Cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, or a No-Show; No Refund Or Booking Credit will be provided.

The property had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach. Well stocked condominium and nicely decorated. Will definitely return to Sea Grape Inn.

This little gem on longboat key holds family history for us. We have not been back since my parents used to winter there in the ‘80’s & ‘90’s. I took my daughter and grand daughters there. It’s still pure magic ❤️

I hate to leave a review because I don't want anyone else to know about the little piece of paradise we found! The condo was exactly as pictured. The view of the Gulf was great, the pool and beach private and the water in the Gulf looked like it had been chloinated it was so clear! We found great shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!
