Renovated home built in 1904 walkable to the best dining and shopping. Perfect location for UNG parents visiting their student. The home features three beautiful suites with easy check-in and parking right outside the door.

There are three suites in the house. The porch area is shared with the other suites. Please, make yourself at home. Enjoy a glass of wine on the porch with your suite neighbor.

Suite 2 features an open shower and vanity. Privacy is with a curtain. The seperate water closet is enclosed by a door. No kitchen or laundry on-site. Please remember that you’re staying in my suite, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Very clean and comfortable for two older people. Walkable to nice shops and restaurants. Pet friendly but we didn't take ours this time. Highly recommend for a short stay!

Sweet, cozy place. Very clean, cute decoration, and comfy bed! Easy walk to the square. The host was amazing and responsive. I would definitely stay there again!

The property is convenient to downtown. It is nicely furnished with coffee and tea essentials and I enjoyed reading on the front porch each morning. Instructions were clear and I will definitely recommend this location to friends and will stay here again if it is available.

We had trouble with the Hester and coffee maker although the unit is adorable and well maintained.
