Come and discover this charming 3* listed farmhouse of 68 m², ideally located in a green setting in Audouville-la-Hubert. Only 2 km from Utah Beach, 10 minutes from a fine sandy beach (dogs allowed) and close to many activities, this accommodation is the ideal pied-à-terre for a stay of up to 4 people!
You will have all the necessary comforts: a beautiful and luminous living room with a sitting area and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a large garden with a terrace to enjoy a good meal outside!
Private parking. Bed linen and towels included. Animals accepted on request.
The accommodation :
The single-storey accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a convivial dining table and 6 seats.
- A functional and fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, crepe maker, raclette set, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee maker...
Night area:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed ( 160*200) and storage space.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds and storage space.
- A shower room with shower, washbasin, towel rail and hairdryer.
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A beautiful garden of 200 m² without vis-à-vis with a terrace of 40 m², facing south and furnished with garden furniture, an awning, a barbecue to enjoy a good meal in the sun!
Neighbourhood:
The accommodation is ideally located in a quiet and pleasant area in the heart of nature while remaining close to the sea, many activities and all necessary amenities: seafood sales and grocery shop, bakery, butcher shop, mini-market, shops, restaurants, bars Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, then you will find the supermarkets and markets of local products in Sainte-Mère Eglise and Carentan!
Activities :
- Guided tour of the Cotentin Marshes on foot or by boat, walking tour in Beauguillot
- Relaxation on the beach, sand yachting or water activities: sailing, paddle, diving.
- Visit the remains of the D-Day landings: American cemetery, beaches and D-Day museums.
- Horse riding, mountain biking, fishing, golf, swimming pool, cinema, escape game...
- Discover the surrounding towns and villages: Sainte-Mère-Eglise, Bayeux, Saint-Vaaste-la-Hougue, Bafleur, Cherbourg, La Hague.
Transport :
- Vehicle strongly advised.
- Carentan train station located 17 km away (19 min by car).
- Cherbourg airport is 46 km away (45 min by car).

La Pêcherie d'Utah We arrived in Audouville la Hubert/Normandy for the 80th Anniversary of the D-Day Landings. Our stay at this wonderful Utah Beach landing area farmhouse was perfect. It was the perfect quiet place just a short distance from the UTAH Memorial. At night the skies were clear and you could literally see a million stars. We loved this place and shall return. Thank you so much!!!

La Pêcherie d'Utah "Little gem of a place. Very contemporary & easy to keep tidy with most things needed for a relaxing holiday. The wrap around garden was ideal & much enjoyed by our dog. We found some really lovely All trails walks & off course beachcombing.
We loved our stay after the initial problem of entry when no one turned up as pre arranged to meet us & we needed to contact for the entry code."

La Pêcherie d'Utah "We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property was very well located for all our excursions etc
🙂 We all loved the location, it was very calm and tranquil and enjoyed watching the horses as they were trotted around the running track and within the farm area. The kitchen was well equipped, as due to the very rural location it is a little drive to restaurants in the nearby town and we prepared several excellent meals after visiting the Super U Supermarket at St Mere d'Eglise. The beds were also very comfortable and so we all slept well after our numerous excursions to the many sites and museums within the area. We also had good weather so were able to sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet with a nourishing glass of wine!
🙁 We did struggle to find the bungalow and a larger sign at the end of the track leading up to the stables would we believe be helpful to people who do not know the area. Also we got a little lost on the narrow winding roads leading from the N 13 and after a couple of false attempts we went to Utah beach and approached and found it more easily from that direction. Originally, using Google Map we were directed to a field and informed that we were there. We were on the right road but did not go far enough down the road towards the Utah Beach on our first try. We turned around to try and re-trace our steps as we felt we must have passed the location but after approaching from the beach road we found the track leading to the bungalow more easily."
