This unit was great for the price, especially being across the street from the beach! Really only the issue was that VRBO said there was a gym, but when messaging host she said it was not available because of construction.

Great unit with everything you need. My kids loved the pool and the closet with the beach supplies was so helpful. Short walk to the beach and nice dock to watch the sunrises. Walkable to restaurants. Would book again.

Very nice location - easy walk to beach and bay! Walked often to Bridge Street shops and restaurants. Close to Sarasota. Weather was a bit cool so we didn't get to use many of the stocked summer items. Beds were comfortable, place was cozy. No problems communicating with host!

Clean rooms. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach. Plenty of beach gear and toys. Wife and kids had a great time. Will definitely come back.
