This beautifully decorated 3-bedroom 3 bath end unit is located at SeaSpray's Riverside. The walk-in level unit gives you parking right at your doorstep, so no waiting for elevators. The stylish master bedroom has a gorgeous king bed and ensuite bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom hosts 2 full beds and ensuite bath with walk-in shower while the third bedroom offers a Queen bed and full hall bath. Get ready to snuggle up with a good book while relaxing in the warm & cozy living room that features a plush sofa, loveseat and matching recliner. Coffee lovers will enjoy the choice of a Keurig or drip coffee maker. This modern fully stocked kitchen will make preparing a meal delightful!
SeaSpray properties offer 3 refreshing pools (pools are open daily from 9am until dusk), a hot tub, kayak rack, propane grill house, tennis/pickleball courts and private marina and boat launch. Pools are open daily from 9am until dusk. Explore the well-maintained grounds and beach access with a quick safe walk across the street where you find our well-equipped fitness center. Take in the spectacular sunsets while sinking your toes into Perdido Key's pristine white sand.
Must be 25 to rent.
Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking Solutions) Guest will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo.
Any vehicles not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at owner's expense.
Parking passes are $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee is $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.

This was our second time staying at Riverside but the first time in this unit. We love the location and use of the boat ramp. Communication with staff and check in was great. Everyone we met from the staff to other guests and owners were all very nice and friendly. We did have some issues with privacy as the blinds in all rooms need some attention. The living area we couldn’t get to close at all. With the unit being on the first floor and on the corner by the pavilion and dock, everyone walking by at night could see inside. Also, one of the bedrooms was missing blinds and wouldn’t close all the way leaving no privacy in a bedroom as well. We also noticed a smell upon arrival inside the unit that we couldn’t quite locate so we assume it was either from age of unit, something wet or maybe even previous pets. The smell would come and go throughout our stay but we were only there at night and it wasn’t as noticeable from the master bedroom. Other than these issues, we love SeaSpray Riverside and would definitely stay here again!

Upon arrival the keys wouldn’t open the door. Maintenance had to take out the dead bolt lock and spray the bottom lock in order to get in the room. Also the next night there was rodents in the wall. The changed out the fire alarm and didn’t put a cover over the hole on the wall. The property manager said that there was nothing they could do. The said it could had been an perdido ray and it was protected. Will
Not stay there again and want recommend this property to anyone.

The home is beautiful, just as shown. The check in was not great. There was miscommunication on getting the check in instructions. The after hours communication wasn’t great for us either. And I know it is summer but I still could have used a blanket on the master bedroom bed.
