The apartment is located in the former stable building of a farmstead, built in 1908. The main house, outbuildings, and garages are grouped around a large enclosed courtyard. Within the courtyard, the apartment has its own small fenced-in garden with a wildflower meadow and a south-facing terrace. From all the room windows and the kitchen, you can look out over the meadows of the Elbe floodplain all the way to the Elbe dike—ideal for birdwatching. The area is great for biking, thanks to numerous farm roads with very little traffic. A natural swimming pond is located 1 km away.
