It is a tiny house but was perfect for my son and I during a lacrosse tournament on the Island.Communication with the owner was right on point. It really was a perfect little spot for what we needed.

I liked the chickens.The sprinkler water was hitting the side of the house and it took me awhile to figure out what was making the noise.I wasn't fond of the super loud music from somewhere in the neighborhood playing all night long.I read the wifi info wrong and my host was quick to help me get signed in properly.

We wanted an inexpensive place to stay out on Long Island for July 4th weekend. We were a 15-20 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Robert Moses and a 2 hour drive from Montauk.We were able to stay for a very reasonable price over a notoriously expensive weekend.Jenelle's communication was direct, welcoming and helpful.We would definitely stay here again!
